Because it removes the large upfront expense that most agencies demand. Instead of paying thousands before you even see your site, you spread the cost into an affordable monthly plan that also covers ongoing support, hosting, and updates.
I work this way so I don’t have to constantly chase new sales, my focus is on looking after the clients I already have by providing the best service possible. That means you get a long-term partner who’s committed to keeping your website performing and offering amazing support well beyond the initial build.
-
Everything you need to keep your website running: the custom design and build, secure hosting, SSL certificate, unlimited edits, backups, performance monitoring, and 24/7 support. There are no surprise extras.
-
That’s right - there’s nothing to pay before we start. Your first payment is simply your first month’s subscription.
-
If I can’t design something you’re genuinely happy with, we cancel the contract and you get a full refund. This guarantee applies only during the design phase; once you approve the design and we move into build, the guarantee ends.
I also have the PageSpeed guarantee - if your finished website doesn’t score green across the board on Google’s PageSpeed Index, you’ll also receive a full refund.
-
If you cancel, your site is taken offline. The monthly plan covers everything: the build & design, the hosting, updates, support, and maintenance. Your site stays live and supported as long as your subscription is active.
This model allows me to offer premium service and ongoing support without charging you thousands upfront.
-
No - the website remains part of your subscription. The whole point of the model is to give you a fully managed, stress-free service where everything is included: design, hosting, updates, and support. If I handed the website over after 12 months, people could cancel and walk away with a cheap site, which would make the model unsustainable. Instead, your subscription guarantees that I stay responsible for keeping your site fast, secure, and up to date for as long as you’re with me.
-
If you cancel within the first year, the full upfront cost of the website (£2,100) becomes due, minus whatever you’ve already paid in monthly instalments. I prioritise long term relationships with my clients and want clients who share the same philosophy.
-
I’ll always try to contact you first if a payment fails. If it isn’t resolved within 7 days of the failed payment, then the site may be taken offline until payments are back on track. I keep things fair and transparent.
-
I set up a simple monthly direct debit or invoice payment via a link to a secure page for adding payment info. Most clients choose direct debit as it’s automatic and worry-free. Debit and credit cards are accepted. Lump sum projects are paid via bank transfer.
-
Yes. If you want an extra page added, it’s a one-off cost of £99 to design, build, and launch that page. After that, it’s included in your unlimited edits like the rest of your site.
-
The subscription runs for a minimum of 12 months. After that, you’re free to cancel at any time with no extra commitment. If you do decide to cancel, the website doesn’t transfer over - it stays with me as part of the subscription model.
-
It takes me around 2-3 years on a subscription to earn the same as I would from a one-off lump sum payment. The difference is that, with the subscription, you’re getting far more than just the initial build - you’re getting unlimited edits, hosting, security, performance monitoring, and ongoing support for as long as you stay with me.
Over time, your website will be generating far more than £129 a month in enquiries, sales, or bookings. That means the site quickly pays for itself, while you also get the peace of mind that I’m here to keep it running smoothly and adapting as your business grows.
-
After the 12-month commitment, your plan simply continues month-to-month, still fully managed and fully supported. You can cancel or pause anytime with no penalties, but most clients stay because they know their website is always in safe hands.

Template builders seem easy, until you’re spending hours fiddling with layouts, fixing mobile issues, making small changes, or waiting days for customer support.
I take all of that off your plate by building your website from the ground up, fast-loading, mobile-friendly, and custom to your business.
When you work with me, you’re not just getting a website, you’re getting peace of mind. No plugins to manage. No builders to break. No wasted time. I handle everything for you, including updates and edits whenever you need them.
This gives you more time to focus on what really matters, running your business.
-
Most websites take between 4 to 6 weeks from start to launch. The timeline depends on the number of pages, features required, and how quickly content (like text and images) is provided. Because I use an efficient process, you won’t be stuck waiting months. My goal is to build and launch a site that’s professional, fast, and tailored to your business - without dragging out the project.
-
“Unlimited edits” means your website can grow and change with your business without surprise costs. You’re free to update text, photos, services, prices, contact info, or anything else that keeps your site current.
The only thing not included is large-scale design changes like redesigning entire pages, changing page layouts or redesigning the whole website. This would come at an extra cost unless it’s your free 3-year redesign.
The biggest difference is cashflow. With a lump sum, you pay everything upfront - usually several thousand pounds - which can hit a small business hard in the short term. With the subscription, the cost is spread out monthly, making it much easier to manage alongside your other expenses.
There’s also the question of support. A lump sum covers just the build, once the site is live, ongoing support and edits are an extra monthly charge. With the subscription, all of that is included from day one, so you’re never stuck with a website you can’t update or rely on.
Yes, I include both on-page and technical SEO with every website I build. On-page SEO means I make sure each page is structured in a way that Google can clearly understand: proper use of headings, keyword-focused titles and descriptions, clean URLs, optimised images, and content that highlights what your business actually does.
Alongside that, I take care of the technical SEO; things like fast load speeds, mobile-friendly design, secure SSL, and code that’s easy for search engines to crawl. What I don’t provide is off-page SEO, such as link building or PR campaigns. My role is to give you a website that’s fully optimised from the inside out, so you have a strong foundation to build on.
You can find all of my contact details on the contact page here. Simply email, call or message me.

Every website I create is designed and coded from scratch around your business. With templates or page builders, you’re essentially picking a pre-made design that thousands of other companies may already be using, then swapping in your logo and text. That’s why so many websites end up looking the same.
By custom coding, I can shape the design exactly to your brand, your goals, and your audience. It also means your site runs faster, is more secure, and can grow with your business without the limitations or bloat that come with page builders. The end result is a website that’s unique, built for performance, and designed to actually stand out.
-
Yes - I hand-code every website from the ground up. I don’t use WordPress themes, page builders, or drag-and-drop tools. This gives you a site that’s lighter, faster, more secure, and far easier to tailor around your business. It also means there’s no unnecessary code slowing things down, and your site isn’t tied to the same template hundreds of other businesses are using.
-
If you’re not happy with the initial design, I’ll keep refining it until you are. My process is collaborative - I’ll take your feedback on board and adjust the layout, colours, or style until it feels right for your business. If, for any reason, I can’t create a design you’re happy with, the contract is cancelled and you get a full refund under my design guarantee.
-
Yes - I’ll build the website around your existing branding so it feels consistent with your business. If you already have a logo, colour palette, or specific fonts, I’ll make sure these are applied throughout the design. If you don’t have clear branding yet, I can help create a style that suits your business and works well online.
-
You’ll need to pay for your own domain name, as it belongs to your business. I can handle the entire process for you. That includes searching for the best available options, registering it, and connecting it to your website. You won’t need to worry about the technical side.
-
As much or as little as you want. Some clients like to be very hands-on, giving feedback at every stage, while others prefer to leave it entirely to me. I’ll adapt to whatever approach makes you most comfortable.
-
Yes - I can add extra pages, update your content, or make design changes as your business develops. What I don’t provide are advanced features like e-commerce shops or booking systems, as those aren’t the type of websites I specialise in. My focus is on fast, professional brochure-style sites that showcase your business clearly and effectively.
-
Custom-coded sites are faster, more secure, and built exactly for your business; no bloated plugins or off-the-shelf templates.
Website builders often look generic, load slowly, and break easily. My sites are lightweight, mobile-optimised, and built to grow with you without relying on clunky third-party tools.
Think of builders like pre-fab sheds, they're fast to throw together, but not built to last. Custom-coded sites are like having something built just for you; stronger, cleaner, and better suited to your business. That’s what I deliver.
-
I build every site from the ground up with performance in mind. By avoiding heavy templates and plugins, your site runs on clean, efficient code. I also compress images, streamline scripts, and use modern optimisation techniques to keep things quick. To back that up, I offer a PageSpeed guarantee, if your site doesn’t hit green scores across Google’s PageSpeed Index, I’ll refund you in full.
-
It’s my promise that your website will load quickly and perform to Google’s standards. After the build is complete, I run it through Google’s PageSpeed Index. If it doesn’t achieve green scores across the board, both on mobile and desktop, I’ll refund you in full. This way, you can be confident your site isn’t just well-designed, but also fast, reliable, and built to perform.
-
Yes. Every site I build is made using only HTML and CSS, which means there are no databases, logins, or plugins for hackers to exploit. Unlike WordPress or other systems that rely on third-party add-ons, there’s nothing in the background that can be broken into. Combined with SSL encryption and secure hosting, this makes your website extremely safe and virtually impossible to hack.
-
I take care of all the on-page and technical SEO your site needs. That means clean code, fast loading times, mobile optimisation, SSL security, optimised images, and clear URLs. I also write SEO-rich copy for your pages, making sure the content uses the right keywords naturally so Google understands exactly what your business offers.
This gives your site a strong foundation to rank well from the start. What I don’t do is off-page SEO like link building or PR campaigns, my focus is on making the website itself fully optimised and ready to perform.
-
Yes. When it’s done properly, SEO is one of the most effective ways to bring in new customers. It works by making sure your website is structured and written in a way that Google understands, so it can show your business to people actively searching for your services.
It isn’t an overnight fix, but with solid on-page and technical SEO, fast performance, and SEO-rich copy, your website has the best possible chance of climbing the rankings and generating leads long term.
-
Yes, I can. A Google Business Profile is essential for showing up in local searches and on Google Maps, while Google Analytics lets you track how many people are visiting your site and where they’re coming from. I’ll guide you through the setup or take care of it for you, so both are connected properly and working to give your business the visibility and insights it needs.
-
SEO is a long-term strategy rather than a quick win. In most cases, you’ll start to see movement within 3-6 months as Google crawls and re-ranks your site. The full benefits usually build over 6-12 months as your content gains trust and authority.
The good news is that the SEO foundations I put in place (fast speeds, clean code, mobile-friendly design, and SEO-rich copy) start working from day one, so you’re set up for steady, lasting growth.
-
Because it directly affects both your customers and your search rankings. People won’t wait around for a slow site, if it takes more than a few seconds to load, most will leave and go to a competitor. Google also takes speed into account when deciding where to rank your website. A fast site means a better user experience, more enquiries or sales, and a stronger chance of showing up higher in search results.
